Get to your nearest craft store and get your favorite sparkling colors of tule and as many strands of white twinkle lights that you need. Yep, that’s all you need to make this adorable piece of decor. Once you’re ready to assemble, cut 6″ strips of the tule and tie into knots on the strand of twinkle lights and viola! Adorable winter decor on a dime!
